About Us
Our client, which is one of the largest Malaysian Commercial Banks is looking for experienced Senior RPA Developer to work within a team to help customers modernize operations by building software automations and analytics insights that integrates processes across numerous applications and systems. This includes providing support throughout the full automation development lifecycle.
About the Role
Hands on experience in design, development and delivery of multiple projects using RPA tools
Support identification of new RPA opportunities that improve business processes efficiency
Responsible for defining standards for scaling automation environments and licenses management.
Collaborate with IT and operational team to assess automation feasibility, develop solutions and monitor the project roll out.
Manage service support, ensure RPA solutions are performing and delivered within expected service levels
Driving the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance.
Create and maintain a cohesive team, provide coaching and development.
Qualification
B.S in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
Background in Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services is a plus
Malaysian Citizens, PR, Foreigners with EP

Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years in IT with development, testing, production support, and software design experience.
Skillful in gathering and analyzing requirements impacting data-intensive applications/systems, and building solutions for satisfying those requirements.
Experience in coding practices such as .net,VBA,SQL,HTML,and C#.
Strong understanding of RPA technology, preferably UiPath.
Good communication skills and ability to identify root cause and articulate key problem statements and options for solutions.
Able to articulate on the process flow provided by business side.
Independent, resourceful, committed and a team player.
Ability to work with limited direction and guidance.
